carter is getting sooooo big, wasnt very happy with grandma for holding is new sister............ i think he is over it had lots of hugs for grandma they other day...... i love you soooooo much

we went to Seattle and had an 'eye opening' time the kids wanted to come back to there little bubble.... we saw some interesting people............. sorry no pics of them didn't feel it would be appropriate. but had a good time anyways not sure they are ready to go back ???? we went to the zoo, and rode on a ferry for the first time and to the space needle. we walked pike street market also but way too many people for my comfort and the kids as well.

welcome to the family CAMBRI ALEXIS RIPLEY born june 30 720 am weighing in at 7 lbs. 6.5 oz and was 20 1/2 inches long. she arrived into the world just like her daddy did...... you know what that means.................. jared she is gonna give you so much more of lifes adventures then you gave me........you know stiches, scarlet fever, heat stroke, car wrecks, snowboarding accidents..... love ya lots and dont worry we both made it through so just prepare yourself.

wow!! how time has flown, i went to hawaii in december and never in my life have i seen sooooo much rain................ kinda like our snow days where they close schools roads and all tourist stuff.. thats what happened for three days..... no suntan for me :( but had a good time anyways,once in a life time event.....
on to bigger and better things.......... the kids and of course grandbaby soon to be two grandbabies in july.....
jared is doing well being a great daddy and soon to be daddy of two.(this one is a girl) hopefully if the doc is right, if not he will have lots of little girl clothes to wear. carter is a very active 15 month old and loves anything to do with a ball. must be his daddy's genes......and one two three go go go are his favorites to say. celeste is taking classes at cbc and awaiting the arrivial of "cambri alexis ripley" .
shayna just turned 19 and will graduate june 5, not quite sure what her plans are after that. she just cant make up her mind.......hope she figures it out before i go totally crazy.......just kiddin love ya.
ethan, all of a sudden is taller then everyone and i dont think jared and shayna like it very well... not sure i do either considering i just bought him pants and a month later they are almost two inches to short...... anyone know where i can get a 29'x 36' pair of pants wow!!!! thank goodness for summer and shorts!!!!
sierra,totally into socializing and sports and has many friends that all want her attention on the weekends, but balances all very well with school and family. i think she wishes at times that she were back out in the basin so she could get some summer work. she is the worker bee and doesnt like to part with her money

its been kinda crazy. i am the manager of the newest McDonald's in the tri-cities. its been pretty stressful and long hours. i think the rough spots are worked out. this is unique in the sense that there are two store managers at this location due to construction issues with the other store that was to open prior to mine. but we are working through it and continue to bring this team of 45 crew 11 managers 2 deposit on 2 maint. people together as a team. that would be why i tell people i have 4 kids of my own and 60 at work. no wonder i am always tired............
this company always takes care of their people and appreciate the things we do on a daily basis.
usually ever other year the company takes the restaurant manager along with their spouses on vacation. ( no i don't have a spouse or significant other) anyways we are going to Hawaii for a full week, all expenses paid!!!!!! wow i think i am finally getting a little excited.... even though i will miss the kids...... love ya guys

my kids are all growing up too fast......... my oldest Jared is married to a beautiful young lady named Celeste and we love her lots.......... and they have brought into the world my adorably awesome grandson Carter, with eyes of blue and a smile that melts my heart. I love watching my son be a daddy..... you are amazing!!
Shayna is next, wow! 18 and a senior in high school. it was just yesterday that she was standing on the chair singing her favorite song "i' m Shayna" (I'm shameless Garth brooks). with a heart of gold and pure country who swears she is never leavin her momma. ( i know you will someday and it will be ok....... love ya)
Ethan, 14 and thinks height equals power!!!!! sorry bud i still rule... :) smart as whip and is the peace maker in our family. strong and silent. and still loves to take things apart ( just wish he would put stuff back together).
Sierra, 13 my helper in all things............likes order, is a friend to all, does well in school. she is compassionate and kind. she is a leader in all that she does. i wonder what powerful career she will choose?????
